MOUNTAIN AdJARA
Just 15 minutes by car and you find yourself from the noisy city environment to places of power: mountains, waterfalls and rivers.
Makhuntseti Waterfall
The most famous and popular waterfall of the Machakhela National Park, nearby there is the famous Queen Tamara Bridge.

Kapnistavi Waterfall
A less touristy place. You need to leave your car in the village of Kapnistavi and walk to the watermills and waterfall. Also nearby is the large Kapnistavi waterfall. Canyoning is available for tourists.

Mirveti Waterfall
An interesting suspension bridge leads to the location, which you can drive on by car, but be very careful not to catch the bottom or the edges.

At this point, a plane lands directly above your head. You need to look at arriving planes in advance via FlightRadar24 (Android app, iPhone app or website), choose the arrival time and arrive early (often planes arrive earlier). In Shekvetili there is a beautiful arboretum with a large number of unique trees, different animals. The walk will take from 1 hour.

Musicians Park
A pleasant park with sculptures of famous musicians and sound accompaniment.

Next to the arboretum, there are unique magnetic black sands that are definitely worth visiting. You can get to Ureki (there is some infrastructure there - shops, changing rooms, showers), or you can try a wild beach, where there is no infrastructure, but there is beautiful nature. Usually, vacationers come for camping or a picnic.

Poti Lighthouse
The Poti lighthouse is one of the city's landmarks. It is in working order, you can go inside and climb the spiral staircase to the very top (36 meters). Admission is free.

Prometheus Cave
The largest cave in Georgia, located 20 km from Kutaisi and 150 km from Batumi. A section of 1.4 km out of 22 km is available for tourists. at a depth of 20-40 m.
